By downloading, installing, or using the Arya mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Arya reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Arya is an AI-powered meal planning application that generates bespoke meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists based on user-provided dietary preferences, nutritional goals, and other personal inputs. The App is intended for informational and convenience purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using Arya, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

5. Health and Nutritional Disclaimer

Arya is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The meal plans, recipes, and nutritional information provided by the App are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, allergies, or are pregnant or nursing.

Arya does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any nutritional information or meal plan for your individual needs. You use the App and follow any meal plans at your own risk.

6. AI-Generated Content

The content provided by Arya — including meal plans, recipes, ingredient suggestions, and nutritional data — is generated using artificial intelligence models. While Arya strives for accuracy and uses reputable data sources (including USDA nutritional databases), AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Arya does not warrant that the content is error-free.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; using automated tools to access the service; interfering with or disrupting the App's infrastructure; or using the App for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and AI-generated recipes — are the property of Arya or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented to you before purchase. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to the respective platform's terms and refund policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arya and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

12. Termination

Arya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madrid, Spain.
