ARYA generates personalized meal plans using your goals, preferences, and dietary restrictions. Every recipe is calculated to hit your macros using nutritional data from USDA and other verified sources.

Yes — go to Settings → Profile to update your goals, allergies, dietary restrictions, and meal preferences anytime. New meal plans will reflect your updates immediately.

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, meal history, and all associated data. The action cannot be undone.

Yes — ARYA is currently free to download and use. You can generate meal plans, build grocery lists, and access all core features without a subscription.

Always double-check ingredients against your allergies before cooking. ARYA uses AI and may occasionally suggest ingredients that don't match your restrictions. Report the recipe via the form so we can improve it, and update your allergies in Profile if needed.

Make sure you have meals planned for upcoming days, then tap "Generate Grocery List" again. The list pulls from meal plans dated today and forward, so past meals won't appear.
